207. The owner or Master of a towing vessel must evaluate whether the entire towline, or a part of it, is no longer serviceable. The towline should be removed from service in all cases EXCEPT _________.
Towlines should be removed from service based on condition, established criteria, or manufacturer recommendations, not solely because a vessel is underway.
