400. In figure «2» of the diagram shown in the illustration, the three-phase power transformer has a step- down turns ratio of four to one. If a three-phase 440 volt supply is connected to terminals «A1-B1- C1», what voltage should develop across terminals «A2-B2-C2»
Because the transformer has a 4:1 turns ratio and both primary and secondary windings are connected in wye configuration, the secondary line-to-line voltage is calculated by dividing the primary line-to-line voltage by the turns ratio: 440 V / 4 = 110 V.
